JGR Training was established in 2002. The aim is to provide short, sharp, focused training programmes, workshops and consultancy sessions which can provide an immediate impact on the client's business. We are also able to perform a full Training Needs Analysis.


The concept of "Transfer of Learning" is most important to us, as it is the effective and continuing application of the knowledge and skills gained in training. Some of the critical elements to enhance the "Transfer of Learning" are:

  • Involvement of supervisors, managers and team leaders in the needs assessment, objective setting and training sessions.

  • Availability of follow-up coaching or specialist advice from facilitators.

  • Blended learning options - pre/post tools to assist with reinforcement on the job.
